I get emails everyday from prospective clients and current ones too asking where to look for homes online. They find homes listed on Zillow, Trulia, and other sites that don’t show up on the emails I send them. Usually, it’s because they’re either under contract or already sold. Other times it’s because those sites don’t differentiate between coops and condos, or condos and townhomes. They are an agent updated website, meaning the information isn’t always current because they depend on agents to input the data when it’s under contract or sold.
The most current information will come directly from agents through MRIS, which is our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). You can search for any type of homes here.
