Real Estate Prices Rebound Post Trump Election Win

Real Estate Prices Rebound Post Trump Election Win

Again, not a politically motivated post, but it is a post about how the election affected our real estate market. Arlington real estate prices rebound post Trump election win. Historically, all elections slow down activity leading up the big day. October prices were down from last year.  November however, shows that real estate prices rebounded post Trump. Average prices were up 1.3%, the number of units sold was up by 62 (35%), and sellers averaged 97.3%. Continuing with the theme of 2016 though, inventory was down 18%.
