DC inventory this past month was down nearly 24% from active inventory last year. Days on the market were averaging 73, while properties were selling for 94.1% of original list price. A total of 460 properties sold in November, of which about 9.6% were short sales or foreclosures. Average sale price dipped a bit by 7% from last year.
