A long-time standing Arlington VA neighborhood Lee Heights along Lee Highway in North Arlington, features about 730 homes that stretch from Military Rd to Columbus St N, and from Lee Highway to Marymount University. Homes were mostly built during the 1940s, but some as early as 1900! Original home styles were mostly Colonial, Cape Cods, Rambler, and Split Foyer/Levels. This is now a popular area for new construction to be built. It’s a hilly area with some steep driveways and backyards, but homeowners can enjoy the Lee Heights Shops and Lee Heights Park all within walking distance. Personal favorites in the area include Arrowine, Pastries by Randolph, and Thirsty Bernie. This is also nearby to the Lee Harrison Shopping Center with restaurants and a grocery store.
