Laura Clarendon is a neighborhood along the Orange Line in Arlington, VA 22201. It is made up of about 1,000 condos, few townhomes, the Lyon Park and Lyon Village neighborhoods. Properties tend to sell rather quickly in the Clarendon area. Here are the sales from April 2010:
As you can see, all of these properties sold within the first 30 days, and most sold within a week. There is currently a lot of development going in Clarendon, along with new stores and restaurants opening daily.
