Washington DC Real Estate Prices Up, Inventory Up

Nearly 550 properties sold last month in DC, of which 21 were short sales and 66 were bank owned. Even with the nearly 15% market share of distressed properties, the DC market continues to grow. Inventory levels continue to grow, giving homebuyers more opportunities to purchase a home. Remember, these averages are not divided by quadrant or condos v. coops:
