June real estate sales confirms what we knew in May – properties sold quickly! The average days on the market fell to just 27, down from 45 last year. Sellers averaged 98.7% of asking price. Condo and townhome prices increased 6% from last year, while detached homes increased 4.36%. A total of 316 properties sold, down from 336 last year, however inventory is still lower by almost 19% than 2012.
