March real estate numbers show a decline overall in Arlington. Average sale price was down 4%, units sold were down 2.7%, days on the market averaged 55, and sellers averaged 98% of asking price. Remember that March closed sales were contracts written in January and February, which if you remember, I said were really sloooooow months. So I’m not surprised the numbers turned out this way.
