Country Club is a neighborhood named for its proximity to nearby Washington Golf and Country Club. This neighborhood has over 1,100 homes and a few townhouse communities. Built primarily in the 1930s and 1940s, the old mix of the homes is mostly cape cods, colonials, and ramblers, but the neighborhood has seen an influx of new million dollar homes being built.
