Arlington Neighborhood Spotlight: Towne Pershing

Towne Pershing is a small 14-unit townhome community located along the South Pershing Drive and Arlington Boulevard (Rt 50) in Arlington, VA 22204. Although the community is called Towne Pershing, it’s part of the bigger “Ashley’s” community. The units were built in 1979/1980, feature patios, fireplaces, 2 master suites and most have street parking, but a few have a 1-car garage.
