Time for my annual 2017 Arlington real estate review! Looking at the statistics for the year, you’ll see it was a small year of growth, speed and activity. Biggest increases in value were seen among detached homes and large townhomes.
Average Sale Price: 3% increase
Average Days on the Market: 43
Units Sold: 6% increase is units
Large (4+ bedrooms) townhomes increased nearly 7% in average sale price
Detached homes increased about 4%
