How important is technology for your home sale and your agent? HUGE. This should come as no surprise given the use of computers, smart phones, iPads, etc. that most people begin their home search online before they even consider talking to a real estate agent. According to the National Association of Realtors(R) 2015 Profile of Buyers and Sellers, 88% of home buyers used online search engines to search for a home. Think of if this way: your home, as it it’s presented to the world online, is your first impression to any potential buyer. Bad or no photos and missing or incorrect information will not make someone jump for joy and race out to see your house. Professional photos and thorough details will help your first impression be a good one. It makes ALL the difference when selling your home.
