Falls Church has seen months where most of the inventory was either a foreclosure or a short sale, but much of that is in the past according to average sales prices from last month. From July 2009, single family home prices were up nearly $100,000. Last month 128 properties changed hands, of which 30 were either short sales or foreclosures.
