Arlington real estate prices were up in January – almost 3% over last year. Some other numbers were roughly the same – units sold up by 1, days on the market down by 1, average sale price compared to original asking price was 96.1%. In general, the inventory was slow to market in January probably due to all of the snow. I’m starting to see inventory pick up the pace, finally, as we head into March!
