A Great July for Arlington Real Estate

A huge increase in the Arlington Real Estate sale price in July! Nearly 6% overall and over 11% for condos!! Days on the market was 38, inventory was down, units sold were down, and average sale price was 97.5% of original list price. The interesting thing I have noticed this summer is that the market is FLOODED with CONDOS. Of the current inventory, over half is a condo (even more if you include the coops). So to me it’s wild that the sale prices went up that much for condos with so many competing units.
