Following a strong June, where prices climbed nearly 13%, July saw a double digit increase as well – nearly 10% over July 2009. Average sales prices rose 9.81% and days on the market (DOM) were cut by 17%. Real estate in Arlington continues to sell faster and for more.

South Arlington Average Net Sales Price: $526,936 after 61 days (range: $343,536 – $800,000; median DOM: 39)

North Arlington Average Net Sales Price: $680,033 after 58 days (range: $386,000 – $1,150,000 )
South Arlington Average Net Sales Price: $376,338 after 40 days (range: $190,000 – $515,000)
1 Bedroom Condos
North Arlington Average Net Sales Price: $509,314 after 51 days (range: $394,000 – $624,000)
South Arlington Average Net Sales Price: $421,526 after 23 days (range: $291,000 – $580,000)
2 Bedroom Condos
North Arlington Average Net Sales Price: $372,096 after 42 days (range: $270,000 – $637,500)
South Arlington Average Net Sales Price: $228,290 after 43 days (range: $85,500 – $333,303)
