Lacey Forest is a neighborhood in Arlington,VA 22205 located between the East Falls Church metro and the Ballston Metro. The neighborhood is about 350+ homes, originally built in the last 1930s to mid 1940s. The majority of the homes are Cape Cods and Colonials, but much like the rest of Arlington, there have been new million dollar homes built in the area. Lacey Forest is part of the Bluemont Civic Association, and is built around Lacey Woods Park.
