River Place is one of Arlington’s few co-op buildings. Built in 1954, the 3 buildings located at 1021, 1011, and 1111 Arlington Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209 near Rosslyn, is home to the 1,650 units. Amenities include parking, laundry facilities, gym, storage, an outdoor pool, storage, and security. All utilities and the underlying mortgage are included in the monthly HOA fee, except electric and cable/internet.
