Where To Go For Pumpkins, Apples, And Hayrides!

Although Arlington is not known for having apple orchards and pumpkin patches, our neighbors in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties have several options for you to pick from. There are usually plenty of Pumpkins available on S. Arlington Ridge Rd in Arlington outside of the Arlington Historical Society as well as local farmers markets. However, if you’re looking for some farms you can visit for your Fall produce and some entertainment for the kids, here’s a short list:

Fairfax County

This year’s festival will run from October 1st through October 31st. The festival hours are from 9am to 9pm daily. Children of all ages enjoyed our event last year and we hope that you will join us this year. Our activities are designed to be both fun and educational for all. The cost of admission on weekdays is $9 per person and the weekend price is $12 per person.

2011 Fall Festival runs from September 24 – October 31, 2011. Open daily from 10am – 6pm (last entry at 5pm). Pumpkin Madness is November 5-6, 2011. 2011 Fall Festival runs from October 1 – 31, 2011. Open Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm, Saturday 930 am – 530pm, and Sunday 11-530pm. For more information on their fall festival, click here.
