Around this time of year is usually when the real estate holiday slowdown starts as the market takes a big, deep breath and most people take their homes off the market or wait until after the Holidays. Because who really can keep the house clean with family in town and all that food??
As of today (11/26/13), only 195 homes have been listed in November. In October, 274 were listed in the first 26 days of the month. A good indication it’s that time of year again.
Don’t worry, after the New Year things will pick up again.
