McLean Inventory Continues to Fall, Median Sales Price Continues to Increase

Inventory continued to fall in November, by 14% from last year in 22101 and nearly 18% in 22102. A total of 77 properties sold, of which only 2 were bank owned. In 22101, median sales price increased 7%, days on the market averaged 57 and sellers were getting 96.4% on average of original asking price. In 22102, average sale price increased 19%, median sales price increased 12%, days on the market averaged 67 and sellers averaged 94.7% of original list price.
