If you read the fine print carefully on most listings within a homeowners association (HOA) or condo, one of the first things listed is CAM. But what does CAM mean under an HOA?

What does that actually mean?
It means things like sidewalks, lawn mowing around the neighborhood, trees, pools, playgrounds, BBQ areas, gym cleaning, library/meeting room cleaning, business center cleaning, etc. Any “bonus” included in your HOA/Condo fees.
