Arlington, VA Neighborhood Spotlight: Crescent Hills

Crescent Hills is a neighborhood of nearly 250 homes originally built during the mid-1950s by the Broyhill family in Arlington, VA 22207. The neighborhood is home to mostly brick bi-levels and ramblers on .25-.33 acre lots, but many have since turned over into new construction with much bigger, newer homes. The original homes were usually 3-4 bedrooms on pretty flat lots for Arlington standards. It is part of the Rock Spring Civic Association. It is also close to Yorktown High School, Williamsburg Middle School, and Nottingham Elementary, in addition to Chestnut Hills Park and Rock Spring Park.
