Arlington, VA Neighborhood Spotlight: Courthouse Hill

A total of 204 units, both condos and townhomes, make up the neighborhood known as Courthouse Hill. Built in 1995/1996, the owners of both styles of homes have access to a (very old) gym, parking, a pool, and a common room. Located just a few blocks from the Courthouse metro.
