Neighborhood Spotlight: Country Club Hills
One of the pricey neighborhoods in Arlington is called Country Club Hills, located right next to the Washington Golf and Country Club. It is known for hilly roads and lots. Home to about 500 or so homes. Originally built during the 1950s the older homes are a mix of Cape Cods, Colonials, Tudors, and Ramblers. Many of the homes are newer and begin in the multi-million dollar range, located on lots that are typically about .25-.33 acres. Residents are nearby to Jamestown Park, located at N Delaware and N 36th St, Arlington, VA 22207. Easy access to Georgetown through Glebe Rd, DC through Rt 29, I-66 or Rt 50.
