Arlington real estate continues to climb in units sold and average pricing, while days and inventory continue to plummet. Average sale prices in Arlington County were 9% above November 2011, units sold increased by 38%, days on the market fell to 40, and sellers were averaging 97.6% of original list price. Biggest gains were in condos (13%) and single family homes (11%). A total of 237 properties sold, of which only 7 were foreclosures or short sales.
