Hall’s Hill is part of Highview Park, but this area has mostly townhomes and duplexes rather than single family homes. There are about 40 of them built in the mid-1950s, early 1960s, and then again in the 1980s. Located along the 2000 block of Brandywine St N, 4800 block of 20th Pl N and 20th St N, and the 2000 block of Cameron St N in Arlington, VA 22207. There’s no HOA, so there are no amenities or extra fees, but residents live nearby to Slater Park.
