Arlington Forest is about 220 acres of land, made up of over 800 homes, primarily built between 1939-1948.  Most of the homes are Colonials on small lots but there are a few ramblers thrown into the community. Arlington Forest spans two zip codes on either side of Arlington Blvd (22203 and 22204):

Arlington Forest is also listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.  The Citizens Association was formed in 1940 and maintain a website for residents with updated information on the community, events, and local resources.
