A major item on a buyer want/need list is usually laundry, and more commonly, in unit washer/dryer. There are many buildings in Arlington that do not currently allow a washer/dryer in individual units, usually because of when the building was built and that the plumbing doesn’t support it. Some buildings have amended rules and allowed them to be installed, if a unit owner wanted to.
